真讨厌这样的自己，总是缺乏安全感，多疑，易怒，焦虑，什么事情都做不了，也做不好。只希望一头栽进热热闹闹的人群当中去，可以暂时填补内心的那份的空虚和空白。但一静下来，却又被空旷的寂寥感淹没。就这样短暂的迷失了自己。不过，用不了多久一定会找回来的。出走的灵魂会重新回到身体里面呼吸。

丁香，前段时间也是“真讨厌这样的自己，总是缺乏安全感，多疑，易怒，焦虑，什么事情都做不了，也做不好。”而且这样的时间经历了很久，对自己从来都没有过的否定。别人怎么开导都是没有办法，或许自己就是如此固执吧。
时间过去了，回头看，日子还是如此好好地过着。日子还是有时在高点，有时在低潮，总想着现在是最低的时候，那么明天一醒来便会比今天要好了～～
